Villainy: definition AS follows

1. The line for this contest is 'The line between insanity and genius is measured only by success.'. This time, think of it more as inspiration, than an actual guideline.

2. When walling, just try to capture a feeling. Really make the wall`s point come across without having to tell anyone anything. Whatever it is you`re going for, make it come alive.

This time, no real limitations on scans or categories. Go nuts!

1. Tutorials are allowed to help you, but bear in mind that it is very obvious when you use tutorials
2. Vectors are allowed.
3. Make sure your wallpaper is at least 1280x960 pixels in size! Other resolutions 1280x1024 and 1600x1200. Believe me, they are fun to make. And people love em more. The bigger the better. Now you know that size matters, at least in wallpapers.

Judging criteria:

1. Technicality/ balance of overall composition
2. Colour combination
3. Originality/ artistic expression (message being carried out)
4. Overall feel/ reception of audience
5. Relevance to the theme/ theme sentence

Judging rules:

1. Number of layers is not taken into account for judging
2. Amount of time taken to make it is not considered
3. Member's level number, reputation or experience not taken into account
4. Number of favourites, comments, downloads and views of entry not taken into account
5. Accuracy of the application of PS filters not taken in account to prevent members from using tutorials
6. Effort is considerable

Members:

1. Also vote on the wallpapers and lend out their comments.
2. There will be a "member voted" wall.
3. For votes, you have three votes 1, 2 and 3. First being the one you like the most, down to the third. You do NOT vote for yourself.
4. Members will favourite the wallpapers they LIKE THE most. This doesn't mean the one you put down first or second etc. but do make an effort to support the wall you feel deserved a fave.
5. Will try to not seek external help, and if they cannot meet the deadline, contact in advance.

Extra info:

1. From the second time onwards, there'll be a new winner called "most improved" that everyone will vote for.

Thanks. Your level is really high. I wanted to increase my level, but the only thing I can do is to participate in the forum. Most of the wallpapers and scans that I have are already submitted by someone else.
